• Not hold Patrick Morales liable for any injuries or health issues that may arise

4. Booking and Payments

4.1 Scheduling

Appointments can be booked through our website contact form or by phone. We require at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

4.2 Payment Terms

• Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed
• We accept bank transfer, iDEAL, and major credit cards
• Package programs require full payment upfront or according to the payment plan specified
• All prices are in Euros (€) and include applicable VAT

4.3 Refund Policy

• Single sessions: Cancellations with 24+ hours notice receive full refund
• No-shows or late cancellations (less than 24 hours) are charged in full
• Package programs: Unused portions may be refunded pro-rata minus administrative fee (€50) within 14 days of purchase
• After 14 days, packages are non-refundable but may be transferred to another person

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, videos, and downloadable materials, is the property of Patrick Morales and is protected by Dutch and international copyright laws.

You may:
